All proposals submitted to PyCon Greece 2026 will go through a review process to help us build a thoughtful, inclusive, and useful program for the community. Each proposal will be reviewed by multiple reviewers, so we are looking for volunteers who would like to support this process.
If you would like to take part in the review process, please fill in the reviewer application form.
Each proposal includes a title, abstract, and additional information about the session. Most reviews take around 5 to 10 minutes, which is usually enough time to read the proposal carefully, consider its value for the audience, and leave a short, meaningful review.
We expect each reviewer to assess approximately 20 to 30 proposals. The final number may vary depending on the total number of submissions and reviewers.
You do not need to be an expert in every topic to contribute. What matters most is approaching each proposal with fairness, curiosity, and care.
After you submit your application, we will contact selected reviewers by email with the next steps and the review timeline.
All reviewers will receive guidance before the review period begins, including evaluation criteria and instructions to support fair and consistent reviewing.
We truly appreciate your time and support. PyCon Greece would not be possible without the contribution of community volunteers like you.
