Yiannis Kranidiotis (Athens, Greece), is an artist whose work explores the relationship between science and art, using mainly light, motion and sound to create spaces and experiences where all coexist and interact. He often engages the visitor using interaction, while other times he uses data to drive the motion, the light, and the sound of his works. He is interested in exploring physical phenomena like natural repeatability or wave movement as well as creating sonification methods for scientific data from sources like exoplanets, gravitational waves, or the solar wind. The climate crisis and the increasing pollution of the planet with plastic are issues that also affect his practice. He has collaborated with choreographers and theatre directors in interdisciplinary projects, designing digital artworks, VR environments, and light installations. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Patras and an M.Sc. in Optics and Lasers from Essex University. He is currently a PhD candidate at the department of Digital Arts and Cinema of the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens (NKUA).

Mai Giménez, PhD. is a research engineer working in large language and multimodal language models at Google DeepMind, passionate about building the most useful technology for everyone. Mai's main research interest is in language and the sociotechnical impacts of these models in the real world. Mai is a former board member of the Spanish Python Association, helped organise several PyConES conferences and is a proud member of the Pyladies.

Cristián currently works as a Principal R&D Manager at The Qt Company. One of his main responsibilities is being the Technical Lead of the Qt Bridges project, the lead of the Qt for Python project (PySide/Shiboken), which is the official Qt Framework binding for Python, and the Qt Core Berlin team. His day-to-day work involves working with C++, Python, and CPython, and some time other languages. In his free time, he enjoys collaborating with open source communities and conferences mainly related to Python. Cristián is currently the vice-chair of Python Software Foundation (PSF) Board of Directors and a PSF Fellow.
